For this “Innovation & Strategy Managers” event, we invite those who currently work in an innovation, strategy, or transformation role at a healthcare provider, payer, or life science company.

Attendance is limited to maintain an intimate and curated experience. Purchase a ticket by Sunday, July 28 at 11:59pm PT. Your ticket will be canceled and credit card refunded if you do not currently work in the role/topic of the event.

After registering, you will receive a unique referral link on your confirmation page and via email. Share this link with individuals who are awesome. If they purchase a ticket, then you both receive a $10 discount (max value is the price of your ticket)!

Why was I invited to this event?
You were invited directly by HealthTech Hang or someone else in the HealthTech Hang community because you seemed to be a good fit and could bring a diverse perspective. However, if you do not currently work in a role associated with the event, then your ticket will be canceled and refunded.

What does the event include?
It includes food and beverages for the evening, pre-ordered in a family-style fashion. All food will be ordered in advance to get “to work” more quickly. Upon arrival, the Confirmed Guest will mingle until food arrives around 6:30pm.

What is the double-sided referral program?

Can I expense this?
Confirm with your HR team, but other companies consider this a learning & development expense!

What is the dress code?
Come as you were during the day - whether it’s casual, business casual, formal, or party attire.

What is the format of the evening?
Some icebreakers, single-track conversation, unstructured networking, eating, and wrap-up.

What measures are being taken for health and safety?
Please don’t attend with potential COVID symptoms; and feel free to wear a mask if you would feel more comfortable around others! HealthTech Hang is an inclusive and safe community; any other behavior will lead to an immediate ban and relevant repercussions.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that skipping is highly frowned upon since much time is spent curating the dinner around each individual Confirmed Guest.

What if I’m a perfect fit to attend; but situationally, I can’t afford it?
These events are meant to be selective with significant time, attention, and financial “buy-in”. Plus, they are meant to sustainably compensate the host for the effort and value created. If this event is too far out of reach, please message [email protected] for other potential arrangements.
