What is the format of the evening?
This is a casual event, unprogrammed event. You can arrive starting at 5:30 p.m., get your nametag, and use that for the open bar. Come and go as you please before 8:00 p.m. There will be no speeches or presentations; just help others and mingle!

What measures are being taken for health and safety?
